In this role you will be expected to work on-site in the Orlando Florida office.Siemens Global Mobility Management (GMM) provides scalable cross-border personnel movement solutions to internal and external customers. We combine cost-effective, pragmatic, and feasible solutions in moving personnel around the world by combining our consulting expertise and “in-house” customer service mentality to leverage effective automation and out of the box solutions to quickly adapt to the ever-changing market needs/environments.Role Summary :The Corporate Administrative Team Assistant will serve as a point of contact for our Global Mobility Americas team contributing to the growth of our overall business services by managing administrative tasks and contributing to the broader needs of the team. Facilitate complex calendar management.

Book complex travel arrangements for domestic and international travel.

Process expense reports and purchase requisitions (incl. payment).

Plan, coordinate, prepare and support location meetings (including virtual, offsite).

Drive operational readiness by supporting employee onboarding/offboarding (incl. equipment, system access, etc.).

Coordinate and track all contracts and agreements.

Troubleshoot minor technical issues and liaise with IT Support when necessary.

Documenting and tracking of organizational efficiencies (OPW).

Track and support coordination of projects for business operations (ISO, Risk Control, Audit, etc.)

Collaborate with various teams and departments for special projects.

Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Bachelors degree from an accredited university

Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative assistance in a corporate (global) environment.

Advanced Proficiency Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS TEAMS, and Power Point

Fluency in Business English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work in the Orlando, FL office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent field.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, schedules, and projects efficiently.

Meticulous in managing documents, reports, and schedules to ensure accuracy.

Strong customer service skills for professional client interactions.

Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with remote team members.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest efficiency improvements.

Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.

Proficiency in drafting emails, reports, marketing content, and social media posts.

Collaborate effectively with different departments and team members.

Excellent work ethic, professional attitude, and strong communication skills.

Adaptable to changing priorities and environments in a fast-paced marketing department.

Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
