Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
One (1) year in a leadership role and two years of customer service experience
advanced knowledge using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
