As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming resort environment for guests, team members, and visitors. This role combines traditional unarmed security responsibilities with a strong hospitality and guest service focus. In addition to protecting company assets and responding to emergencies, Security Officers serve as a visible, professional presence dedicated to guest safety and positive interactions.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in corporate security, hotel security, or hospitality-based security roles, including those new to the field. What you will do:Serve as a first responder to incidents involving medical, fire, or law enforcement emergencies, within the scope of Security Officer dutiesMaintain a high-visibility, uniformed security presence throughout propertyMonitor and control access at designated entry and exit pointsOperate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, fire alarm panels, and monitoring stationsConduct routine safety and security inspections in accordance with company policiesRespond to guest and team member security concerns in a calm, professional mannerPrepare accurate, detailed incident reports and maintain security logs and recordsAssist guests with safety-related requests, including lost and found managementPerform traffic control, parking enforcement, and crowd management as neededSupport public safety officials (police, fire, EMS) during incidentsManage key control and accountability proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned by Security Leadership
