job detailsWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm and be proficient in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Bookkeeping:
Data entry
Bank reconciliations
Inspection and adjustment of client general ledgers
Processing and filing information from clients
Preparation of payroll tax returns, W2's, and 1099's
Preparation of sales tax returns
Assist with management of administrative employees
During Tax Season (January-April): 55-60 hours per week
Off Season: 4 days a week (36 hours)
Requirements:
Prior bookkeeping experience at a CPA firm
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
