Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe CQN (Cargill Aqua Nutrition) Americas North Finance Manager will be an active partner in the development and execution of business strategy and will set clear financially focused targets for the business, provide forward looking financial leadership and will focus on value creation by providing insights to drive decisions and results. In this role, you will be member of the Americas North (Ecuador, Mexico, Central America & US) business leadership team and you will build and leverage resources across the integrated finance and business teams, approach work with a global perspective, build credibility and trust across multiple stakeholder groups and provide necessary financial rigor and analytics.Key Accountabilities

Serve on cross-functional Business Leadership Team to set strategy and deliver results, while building culture and developing team members

Provide financial leadership to the business to drive value, translating insights into performance against competitor and industry trends to direct leadership focus to the most critical risks and opportunities.

Lead all forecasting and reporting processes, including strategic scenario analysis.

Develop investment business cases and employ advanced modeling skills that bring new perspectives to the business. Establish performance metrics to drive strategy execution.

Support Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Joint Venture opportunities.

Partner with finance and business/functional stakeholders to play an active role in enhancing connectivity and communication.

Manage and provide coaching to ensure teams develop the knowledge and skills required to build the financial planning and analysis expertise and empower the team to drive results.

You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Confirmed ability to develop long term strategic plans.

Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills

Quick learner, excellent influencing and persuasive skills.

Experience with design, development and implementation of value-added business analytics.

Experienced in motivating teams for high performance.

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or other post-secondary degree in business or finance

Confirmed flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity.

Three years of supervisory experience

Bilingual, fluent in English & Spanish
