OCD Painting and Flooring is a fast growing residential and commercial painting company in Leesburg and the surrounding area. We care about each other, our customers and our community. We perform residential and commercial re-painting work typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

We are looking for team members in the following positions:

Painting

Carpentry skills is a plus

Drywall Hanging, Finishing, and Texture

Positions Include:

Crew Leader: $23-$26

-Someone who can paint and manage all projects and make team members better through daily training and mentoring while delighting our customers.

A little about you:

-You are coachable and can take direction.

-You are a team player.

-You are responsible to be where you are scheduled on time.

-You have reliable transportation both to the job and between jobs if needed

-Unfortunately, if you do not have a car, apply when you do.

-You can persevere through some chaos.

-You have the emotional intelligence to manage customers and team members.

-You have a pleasant and outgoing personality.

-You have a smart phone with data.

-You are authorized to work in the US. We are required to e-verify so we do.
