Hybrid technologies, partly on cloud, it's a transformative journey in this roleResponsibilities: Create and maintain optimal data model and data pipeline for Developer Services organization- someone who has been dealing with data modeling in the past, data modeling in resume Provide SRE teams with automation opportunities based on data analysis- this is not always associated with data modeling Collaborate in building event co-relations and grouping policies based on event data and reducing tickets for application and infrastructure teams- great attitude, not just technical skillset Architect and design a common data model, standard metadata taxonomy, data pipeline and curation of data for complex enterprise observability solutions covering infrastructure, system, and security logs and metrics Architect and implement measurement criteria in the data pipeline for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of data- this may not be easy to find since this goes into KPI, they will need to take the data that's flowing through the pipeline and create the metrics, if you find someone with this ability they are going to want to talk to them - no a must have, BUT would be a huge PLUS Build processes and policies supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and data dictionary across the pipeline- Not a MUST HAVE, but a GREAT to have: As a data analytics SME, harness available technical asset inventory data to gain insights, improve data quality and increase self-service, this is very desirable skill, may not be easy to find, but if they are willing to learn the team can educate
