Customer Relations Manager

Description Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s team in the North Miami area. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, adept at managing customer relationships, and skilled in problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.

Implement strategies to improve customer service quality and efficiency.

Collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Monitor customer feedback and work to continually improve services and processes.

Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service or customer relations management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
