salary: $16.5 - $17 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 6 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels: Inbounds and Outbounds calls, and emails.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Delivering a great customer experience to the client.

The essential functions of this role include:
