This role is based in our Fort Lauderdale office.We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our US Boating events portfolio and USA Beauty segment. In this role, you will primarily focus on delivering exceptional customer service for our renowned US Boating events, including the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Miami International Boat Show, and Palm Beach International Boat Show. Additionally, this role will provide secondary support to our USA Beauty events, including Premiere and Cosmoprof North America.You will bring a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service ExcellenceAct as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to South Florida Ventures (SFV) Boating and US Beauty events.Provide professional, energetic, and solution-oriented customer service via phone, email, and chat.Manage varying volumes of customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses, especially during peak event periods.Support major events such as the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Miami International Boat Show, Palm Beach International Boat Show, Premiere Orlando, and Cosmoprof North America.Event SupportEmbody a "Customer First" mentality by assisting customers before, during, and after events to ensure their business objectives are met.Conduct outbound call campaigns to engage previous and prospective attendees, as well as competitors, to promote events and offerings.Collaborate with event operations and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and effective communication of event information.Provide on-site customer service support at key events as needed.Gather attendee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in future events.Assist the Customer Service leadership team with program logistics, including pre-show preparation, on-site support, and post-show follow-up.Administrative DutiesMaintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (Salesforce Service Cloud preferred).Identify trends in customer feedback and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
