We’re seeking a self-motivated professional with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a multi-tasking, fast learner with keen attention to detail. Candidates must show proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel platforms. Learning the Timberland Door market and understanding the stages leading up to the finished product will be keys to success.

Responsibilities:

-Initial internal point of contact and customer liaison.

-Create quotes and estimates based on customer’s needs using Quickbooks

-Provide professional sales, retention and customer service

-Assist controller with minor bookkeeping, invoicing, and billing entries

-Thoroughly learn our products to deliver expert industry knowledge for customers

-Verifying of customer’s orders prior to releasing for manufacturing

-Understanding customer’s projects and specifications. Offering practical solutions

-Expediting open orders according to customer’s needs

-Coordinating with shipping and production to ensure reliable ETAs

-Maintain pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules

-Calculating quotes and accurately logging for future reference

Requirements:

-High school diploma

-Proficient with Excel

-Proficient with Quickbooks

-Experience with bookkeeping, invoicing, and billing entry

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Typing and data entry skills

-Must be able to compute discounts, mark-ups, selling price ratios and percentages

-Work well under pressure

-Candidate will maintain a positive, high-energy attitude throughout the workday

-Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
