Customer Service Representative

Description Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients located in the vibrant Miami area. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service experiences.Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Identify and escalate priority issues as needed to appropriate channels.

Provide product recommendations and upsell opportunities to customers.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Previous experience in customer service or related field.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
