Customer Service Representative

Description Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative for a reputable credit union located in downtown Miami. This role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a high volume of calls, with an expectation of managing between 150-200 calls per day.Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (150-200 calls per day)

Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)

Proven experience in a customer service role

Experience managing high call volumes is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using computer systems and software
