Customer Service Representative

REMOTE Call Center RepresentativeMonday-Friday between 8am-11pm EST (8 hr. shift).Equipment provided!Description:

Sales support role focusing on various customer campaigns on business need.

Fast paced, high volume environment, mainly doing outbound calls in a scripted setting.

Campaigns will vary and change from time to time.

These will not be straight cold calls, instead be focused on former/active customers.

Handle customer service inquiries and problems.

Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns - upwards of 50+ calls daily.

Receive inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.

Skills:outbound calls, customer service sales, customer service, mortgage, call center, collection calls, Typing, Microsoft, Administrative support, SalesAdditional Skills & Qualifications:-Prior call center experience, sales experience, high volume/fast paced are preferred. Mortgage experience is not required but a plus.-High School Diploma or GED required-1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required-Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection).About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
