We are currently seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Bilingual Secretary/Receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Bilingual Secretary/Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, managing front desk operations while providing administrative support across the organization. This individual must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line (3) phone system

Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing is a must.

Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Scanning and uploading mail into our custom base data base.

Maintain organized files, records, and databases

Provide administrative support to the CFO, Advocate Disability Representative as needed

Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or A.S degree

Proven experience in a receptionist, secretary, or administrative role for a maximum of two years.

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quicbooks)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
