We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! TS&L is a growing company that provides innovative safety and security solutions, including solar lighting, emergency call boxes, and surveillance camera systems to universities, municipalities, and communities.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to customer calls and emails quickly and professionally

Troubleshoot product questions and assist with basic technical issues

Track and document customer requests, service tickets, and resolutions

Coordinate with our field and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Learn about our solar-powered and security technology products

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Friendly and professional demeanor with a “customer-first” mindset

Ability to handle basic technical troubleshooting (we’ll train you!)

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Computer skills: email, spreadsheets, and web-based tools

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience in customer service, tech support, or office administration

Interest in solar, security, or smart technology solutions
