Maintain a well-organized system for customer credit records. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other administrative tasks. Use 10 Key Skills for performing calculations and other numerical tasks. Maintain professional email correspondence with customers. Organize files and documents in an easily accessible manner. Scan and digitize necessary documents. Perform typing tasks with speed and accuracy.Requirements Proficiency in 10 Key Skills Exceptional customer service abilities Solid experience in data entry tasks Ability to correspond professionally via email Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Proficient in Microsoft Word Proven skills in organizing files and documents Capability to perform calculations accurately and quickly Experience with scanning documents and files Strong typing skills, ensuring both speed and accuracy.
