- Execution of data governance framework, policy, standards. Maintain data standards and policies. Ensure data standards and policies are being followed.
- Develop policies and procedures, ensure all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to and that they are carried out in such a way as to minimize risk.
- Define performance and quality metrics to indicate compliance with data related policies, standards.
- Work independently and with project teams to understand, research, resolve, document and communicate Data Governance program direction.
- Knowledge of change management concepts and strategies, including enterprise communication.
- Deliver reports and dashboards to support Data Governance initiatives.
- Seven or more years working in a technology environment, five or more years in a role influencing the governance and delivery of data to end users.
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale projects with a team-focused approach, including the ability to prioritize, organize and manage timelines.
