Our holistic approach includes partnering with our team of peer recovery specialists, licensed social workers and nurse practitioners, and focuses on meeting them where they are and walking with them side by side, as a trusted guide, partner, and first call, on their journeys' to wellness.Our aim is to not only improve lives, but also improve the economics for managed care plans and states responsible for providing care to this community. This allows our team of peers, social workers, and nurse practitioners to plan appropriate care and focus on critical tasks rather than manually searching for information across silos in the healthcare system. This is a unique opportunity to found and define the data engineering team, our stack and architecture, with a high-caliber product and data team that is growing quickly. You will build impactful healthcare technology on a modern technology stack.In this role you will lead the development of our reporting and analytics platform to empower a range of end users including our care teams, and our operational and clinical leadership. You will define business challenges and themes across firsthand, prioritize them in an analytics roadmap, and execute on critical needs with a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. You will also help build and reinforce a data-driven culture across our care teams (our social workers, team leads, and NPs actively use BI tools and dashboards!). You will be building impactful healthcare technology on a modern stack.You should apply if you are a high performing, data driven product manager who delivers value to the business by diving deeply into complex technical problems. We encourage you to apply anyway - we look forward to getting to know you.Unfortunately, we are not able to offer sponsorship at this time.Job DetailsAs a Data PM, you will:Creating nuanced, high impact operational and user insights that empower care teamsInfluencing decision makers in cross-functional teams by (re)defining key metrics of success, building data-driven narratives on improvement opportunities and outcomesPartnering with Product, Data Analysts, Analytics and Data Engineers, Operations, and Clinical to ideate, test, and launch product features; own deep-dive analysis of post-launch impact and recommendations for future strategyMaintaining a constant pulse on health of the business & product to by tracking KPIs against targets and conducting investigations of key trends and their underlying driversProviding mentorship and best practices for the broader Analytics teamYou will be a good fit if you haveAt least 4 years of professional work experience as a digital health or tech enabled healthcare services product managerAt least 2 years of experience working with healthcare-specific data sets. E.g. Payer Claims, HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT.A proven track record of using data to solve business problems.Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights across all levels of stakeholders (business, technical, and executives)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in the form of translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of data modeling conceptsThe experience you bring to this role includes:Experience working on products or services that support practices, health systems, payers or other parts of the healthcare ecosystem.Experience influencing decision makers across cross-functional teams using insights generated through quantitative and qualitative data.Familiarity with using and driving self-service adoption of data visualization toolsInterested in hearing more?
