Face to Face Interviews: If interviews are conducted, candidates that are located outside of the Tallahassee, Florida, area may be interviewed initially via Skype video; however, a face-to-face interview at the OIT in Tallahassee, Florida, may be required prior to final selection of the Respondent for performance of the services. Due to current concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department will require that social distancing measures be observed during the face-to-face interview (e.g., six-foot separation requirements between participants).

Scope of Work.The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the Department’s Office of Information Technology (OIT), Bureau of Enterprise Applications. The Contractor must provide the qualified Applications Development Analyst proposed in its Response, and selected by the Department, who has the experience and ability to fulfill the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW).

Contractor Responsibilities.5. Contractor Responsibilities.a. Applications Development Analyst Task List. The Contractor’s Representative shall perform the following tasks as necessary to complete work assigned by the Department’s Contract Manager:1. Perform maintenance and provide support to multiple applications. 2. Provide modifications and enhancements as identified by the Department’s Contract Manager. 3. Develop application components as identified by the Department’s Contract Manager.4. Perform configuration changes as identified by the Department’s Contract Manager. 5. Perform systems analysis, data flow analysis, and recommend design changes to multiple applications and/or systems. 6. Provide user support and perform problem-solving activities. 7. Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, and implementation.8. Develop technical documentation and provide software maintenance. 9. Develop test scripts to support unit testing and user acceptance testing.10. Develop and maintain a test schedule.11. Maintain testing log and produce test results report(s).12. Perform Business Intelligence analysis. 13. Analyze Data Flows and Model Data in Visio.14. Provide and analyze Data Service packages of current and future changes in applications.15. Perform in Software Development Life Cycle, working with Agile technology in an Agile environment.

MANDATORY Technical/Business Skill Set Requirements ((must be clearly stated on the resume and verifiable via reference checks)A bachelor's degree in one of the computer science fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.

10-12+ years of experienceAbility to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.Experience using .Net. Experience using Oracle 12g databases and higher and Toad for Oracle.Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel and Word.Experience with implementation and support of mission critical business intelligence applications.Experience performing configuration changes to existing applications.Experience creating, modifying and running SQL queries.Experience performing business user requirements collection and analysis.Experience providing user support and problem solving activities.Experience creating and maintaining documentation (e.g. system, program, user, technical). Experience with ETL (extract, transform and load).Experience analyzing Data Flows and Model Data.Experience in Data Analytic skills, Data Migration skills, and expertise in Data Warehouse.
