Type: Full-time

Salary: negotiable but minimum 15/Hr.

About Us:

At Sears Dental Works, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our front office team as a Receptionist Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in patients with a warm and friendly attitude

Schedule and confirm appointments

Assist with patient paperwork and record keeping

Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front office area

Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

Support the dental team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Recent high school graduate

High energy and enthusiastic about dental health care

Willingness to learn all aspects of dental front office operations

Punctual, organized, and dependable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
