Lead Desktop Support or Lead End User Support or Lead Technical Support Roles.Proficient in Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365Onboarding and configuring users for Microsoft apps for enterprise. Including Outlook, Intune, Teams and OneDrive.Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues including connectivityProvide support and technical issue resolution in support of other teamsWork with team to escalate support with resolving issuesNeed experience with MS O365, OneDrive and need strong customer service desktop support skillsNote: must be willing to work on w2.
