Skill Description:
  • Provision new workstations (Laptop and desktop)
  • Maintain and provision mobile devices and keep a database (iPhone, iPad, etc)
  • Support end users with hardware replacement (keyboards. Mice, machines, hardware upgrades
  • Support users with password resets
  • Support users with numerous issues on their workstations, websites not working, outlook or teams giving issues.
  • Assisting users with using various software on the computer such as One Drive.
  • Assisting the infrastructure team with facilitating upgrades to software on machines for users such as Office, Chrome, SAP.
  • Assisting the refinery with various projects, setting up special conference rooms for instance.
  • Inventory control of desktops.
  • Laptops, other hardware and equipment.
  • Full support of the end users and the issues they may have day to day with such as
    • Blue Screen of Death
    • Password Predicaments
    • Slow Internet
    • Lost Wireless Signal
    • Failure to Recognize a USB Device
    • Printer Problems
    • Slow Operations
    • Unsaved Files
    • Deleted Files
    • Login Difficulties

Skills: Active Directory, Exchange Servers, O365, Windows10/7 Troubleshooting, Printer, CISCO phones, Knowledge of OS, basic networking skills, LAN/WAN/Internet/Intranet knowledge, Ticketing tool
