- Assisting users with using various software on the computer such as One Drive.
- Assisting the infrastructure team with facilitating upgrades to software on machines for users such as Office, Chrome, SAP.
- Assisting the refinery with various projects, setting up special conference rooms for instance.
- Inventory control of desktops.
- Laptops, other hardware and equipment.
- Full support of the end users and the issues they may have day to day with such as
