Desktop Support TechnicianMetro Systems is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support our client sitting in the Pensacola, FL area.Responsibilities:• Perform assigned tasks/activities of Desktop Support.• Coordinates, monitors, administers, and services technical environments.• Completes implementations, carries out integration activities, and provides operational support for technical environments.• Adhere to client’s practices, policies and procedures.• Perform other related duties as assigned or appropriate.Qualifications:• Troubleshooting Skills, Oral/Written Communication Skills, Ticketing System experience (ITBM – ServiceNow preferred)• Experience with: Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI), Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, HP Canon / Toshiba printer support.• Excellent interpersonal skills, Quality customer service skills, Patience, Ability to work with other team members (Team first attitude), Multitasking/Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.Desired:• A+ Certification.• Windows 7 and/or 10 Certification.• SCCM entry level knowledge.• Awareness of security of financial institutions.MSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
