Desktop Support Technician

Our client is currently in search of a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team for an on-site position. This is position works Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. The Desktop Support Technician provides technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing, and understanding user needs and issues and recommends technical fixes to end users.Contract through December 9/30/2024Responsibilities:

• Work directly with end users to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software problems
• General Hardware troubleshooting and Break / Fix repairs of Laptops & Desktops
• Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming inquiries
• Support / troubleshoot network problems
• Configuring, Deploying and Troubleshooting Windows / MAC / iOS
• Active Directory - managing users and computers
• Windows 10 OS - Navigating and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Intune - Managing users and devices
• Office 365 experience - Troubleshooting
• MS Authenticator - Configuring and Troubleshooting
• SSO - Single Sign

• 3-5+ years desktop support experience
• Windows / MAC / iOS
• Active Directory experience
• Excellent customer service skills to provide White Glove support

• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• CompTIA A+
• Azure / Intune
• Ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as this is the sole IT support person for the location
