This Desktop Support Analyst position, which is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity, is located in the Deland, Florida, area.Your responsibilities in this role
Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - Desktop support or related experience
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
Desktop Support experience
Active Directory experience preferred
PowerShell experience desired
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Proficiency in Basic Troubleshooting Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
