SUMMARY: As a part of the Digital Banking Team, this position works to push digital innovation for assigned digital banking product (ATM, Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, Core, or Backbase, etc.).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
  • Work with customers, key stakeholders, and partners to define a product vision and roadmap.
  • Understand and apply new trends and competitive best practices into product roadmap.
  • Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance.
  • Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities.
  • Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Keep up to date on industry and digital products knowledge.
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Prior experience managing vendor system's integration, including massive data migration and data protection initiativesrequired
  • Experience in: o Maintaining and communicating a product roadmap and backlog to stakeholders o Utilizing Rally or JIRA to create a roadmap and track progress o Developing processes initiative definition o Working with developers to create schematic solutions to business problems required
  • In addition to the required education and experience, the following attributes are desired: o Have a passion for driving change and efficiency with partners of different disciplines o Be well versed in enterprise software development, from budgeting and resource management to design patterns, testing, coding practices, deployment, lifecycle management, and beyond o Use agile and lean principles in your product thinkingyou're able to see large problems as a series of smaller jobs with expected outcomes o Be organized and process-oriented preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to quickly grasp how new technology stacks work, and the implications of new technology adoption to existing platform and product capabilities
  • An established product management background working within a high performing Agile team in launching platforms, products or services in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
