- Write, edit, and improve content for plan participants, institutional clients, retirees, and client-facing TIAA associates to reach business and UX goals
- Collaborate with design, product, technology, and marketing partners to create clear and effective experiences across product lines
- Identify and help solve problems in new and existing user experiences to ensure ease of use in complex financial environments
- Create consistent, on-brand messaging that clearly articulates the benefits of TIAA products and services, while streamlining operational tasks for internal and external audiences
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Media, or English preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- Digital writing and editing skills
- Incorporate brand voice into user experiences
- Creating content for all digital channels (web, mobile, conversational, etc.)
- Problem solving skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and plan in a deadline driven and creative environment
