Our client is a leader in the medical equipment industry, and they are seeking a
Director of PMO to join their team.Location: Hybrid schedule of 1-2 days onsite in Orlando, FL and remote work the remainder of the week.Here is what you will be doing:- Create a new IT PMO from scratch to bring standards to the portfolio of work
- Drive IT PMO guidelines, methodologies, quality standards and company framework requirements
- Create and support Project Frameworks in support of company goals
- Manage direct reports of project managers in support of PMO
- 7+ years in the project/program/portfolio IT space
- Experience with developing/starting a new PMO department from scratch
- Strong IT PMO leadership and strategy experience
- PMP certification
