Director of Business Development for Title Company

Cloud Title is looking for an experienced Marketing / Business Development Professional with a solid book of business who is looking to double their income.

As a Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for growing our agent base of raving fan clients and you will be supported by amazing marketing resources, technology, CRM with marketing automation and follow-up campaigns, paired with a steady flow of company generated leads on top of the business you personally generate ‘on the ground’.

You will be responsible for:

· Consistent follow up with current customers and prospects

· Generating new business, with a focus on listing agents utilizing our unique Safe Listing™ program

· Attending networking events, visiting real estate offices and REALTOR Association events to promote Cloud Title.

· Co-Manage the company’s social media accounts.

· Conduct presentations and trainings, both online and in office

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 year’s experience as Title Company Marketing Rep.

You must be generating a minimum of 10 closings per month with the ambition to consistently grow your production.

You must be sharp, ambitious and hungry. We are not looking for someone to ‘take it easy’, we are looking for rock stars who want to dramatically improve their income.

Super organized and multi-tasker

Self-motivated and self-directed.

Should be able to thrive under pressure and embrace change.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

Strong proficiency with web-based tools and applications, Microsoft Office, and have the aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.

Ability to work ‘on the road’ and from your home office. We are cloud based and do not maintain any corporate offices.

COMPENSATION

Our compensation model is designed to allow top producers to earn a solid 6 figure income without any restrictions on your upside. The perfect candidate will have the desire and ambition to earn in the $150K to $250K range.
