Coke Florida is searching for a Director of Transport to work out of our Tampa area office.As the Director of Transport, you will provide strategic leadership to the Coke Florida Transportation team to drive load delivery efficiency, reliability, flexibility and timeliness. Support and lead Coke Florida business objectives through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in Transportation.Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and lead routines to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Coke Florida transportation team.

Collaborate with manufacturing teams, warehouse leadership, Enterprise Planning and Equipment Services to deliver products, loads on time to the designated locations.

Responsible for ensuring that Transportation is operating in a safe and cost-effective manner.

Collaborate with Fleet in the management and maintenance of Transportation assets.

Responsible for tracking trailer fleet across the Coke Florida network.

Develop and provide governance of Transportation KPI’s and policies.

Ensure collaborative relationships between plant leadership teams and Transport Supervisors.

Responsible for the training and development of staff.

Responsible for developing and maintaining a “One Network” operating model.

Responsible for development of the long-term Transportation strategy.

Champion change management by building trust through direct engagement, problem solving, and building relationships.

Proactively recommend business solutions to continually improve the Coke Florida Transport capabilities to drive business value.

Responsible for buildinga culture of executional excellence.

For This role, You Will Need:

Bachelor or BS degree in Business or 10+ years of transportation/logistics leadership experience.

Experience working in food manufacturing or an understanding of food industry is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills to enable interactions at various levels in the organization.

Ability to interact with and influence broad spectrum of leaders and colleagues.

Experience in coaching and developing large teams.

Able to effectively hold people accountable even if in senior or peer relationships.

Proven ability to take on and solve complex problems independently.

Proven capabilities in successfully executing projects with teams.

Previous experience managing budgets

Proven change management capabilities.

People management / leadership

Previous experience with Project and Program Management

Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis

Strong appreciation for and experience with change management

Effective communication of complex processes and analysis

Proficiency with productivity and analytics tools

Can predict roadblocks and finds proactive solutions

Strong collaborator / ability to work cross-functionally

Teamwork oriented and strong collaboration skills

Customer focused

Comfortable leading meetings with senior leadership
