Draftman

Small Architectural and Construction firm seeking Part Time CAD Draftsman. Candidate must have specific experience with the preparation all aspects of developing plans, construction drawings, etc. Must speak both English and Spanish and have communication skills to deal with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, scheduling and occasionally do job visits, etc.

Position requires 20-40 hours per week.

Only experienced candidates will be considered.
