Your responsibilities will include:Championing jobsite safety and contributing to proactive safety planningFollowing and reinforcing all corporate safety guidelinesProactively creating and managing punch listsUpholding strict Quality Control standards across assigned projectsPreparing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawingsUnderstanding our building systems and how they fit into the broader construction processMaximizing productivity through strategic coordination and planningConducting quantitative takeoffs to validate estimates, support material orders, and evaluate change ordersBuilding and managing project schedules while collaborating closely with field supervisors and foremenOverseeing labor control and making adjustments to drive profitabilityCoordinating warranties, O&M documentation, and vendor selectionsSupporting subcontractor buyout, issuing contracts, and managing subcontractor performanceMaintaining accurate job cost controls through monthly FAWsStrengthening customer relationships and supporting branch goals through active Client Alignment participation
