Electrical Estimator

We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our growing company. At Syncore, we build custom software and plans in-house, so this role requires close collaboration with engineering and sales. We're seeking someone hungry to grow, with strong communication skills and a solid cultural fit.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with engineering to develop accurate, competitive estimates.

Review drawings/specs and identify scope, pricing, and risks.

Participate in sales and client proposal processes.

Build strong internal and external relationships.

Help refine internal estimating systems and workflows.

Requirements:

3+ years in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial).

Strong analytical and technical skills.

Comfortable in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Excellent communicator, personable, and team-first attitude.

Experience with estimating software (custom or off-the-shelf).
