Title: Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Orlando FL

Duration: 18 months

Clearance: Will need to obtain clearance

Lockheed Martin (LM) Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to work at the Sand Lake, Orlando facility. The candidate will be working on simulation software to explore performance for electro-optic and smart munitions systems specifically on high-performance missile and rocket technology. Other technologies developed are related to millimeter wave radar, image and signal processing and systems integration.

MFC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to develop high fidelity simulations that rely on tactical software as a core for predicting system performance. The best candidate will have experience in embedded Operational Flight Program (OFP) software as well as Integrated Flight Simulation (IFS) software. Candidate is expected to be proficient in C/C. It is desirable to has experience with both Windows Visual Studio & Linux based C/C development.
