We’re looking for a high-acuity embroidery technician who can take full command of BAI commercial embroidery machines and drive consistent, high-quality output in a fast-paced production environment. If you’re mechanically savvy and thrive under pressure, you’ll fit right in.

Role Overview

You’ll run, maintain, and optimize BAI multi-head embroidery systems end-to-end. This role demands precision execution, sharp troubleshooting instincts, and a disciplined approach to workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and oversee BAI multi-head embroidery machines with speed and accuracy.

Set up job files, load DST designs, adjust tensions, thread machines, and complete test sew-outs before production.

Execute proper hooping techniques across a wide range of garments and specialty items.

Conduct quality checks on every run—registration, density, thread consistency, and thread color accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments specific to BAI machines to minimize downtime.

Manage needles, bobbins, backing, stabilizers, thread inventory, and consumables.

Identify and resolve issues such as thread breaks, needle strikes, mis-registration, and tension variances.

Align closely with production scheduling to maintain throughput and hit delivery targets.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with BAI embroidery machines (or strong experience on comparable platforms with the ability to adapt quickly).

Working knowledge of stitch density, underlay strategy, pull compensation, and embroidery file behavior.

Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to diagnose machine-specific quirks.

High attention to detail with the ability to maintain uniformity across long production runs.

Comfortable lifting boxes of garments and moving materials throughout the day.

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
