Our investment management client is looking for an End-User Technology Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide white-glove support hardware and software support to the staff, including multiple VIPs and the company founder. This position operates onsite in their Miami Beach office. Responsibilities- Provide direct Technology services in-person and via telephone for customers service to users inside the company
- Act as the primary point of contact for all computer and application concerns
- Identify, escalate, and research systemic issues across multiple users for resolution
- Develop deep relationships with the staff to identify areas of technology assistance
- Assist in technical troubleshooting with subject-matter experts and outside vendors
- Install and configure computer systems and hardware within the office
- Maintain asset management inventories
- Maintain a work log of job tickets and maintenance tasks
- Participate in major incident / crisis management
- 5+ years experience in a similar technology support position, with VIP users, in a customer-service setting
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office / O365, iOS (iPhone / iPad), and associated tools
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and Domain controllers, Network fundamentals (including DNS & DHCP), MacOS, and Audio-Visual technologies (including Crestron & Zoom)
- Excellent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
- Must be able to lift 35 pounds, in support of routine hardware delivery & installation
- Occasional travel to New York City and other offsite Miami Beach locations required
