As an Engineering Technician I, you will support daily resort operations by performing preventive maintenance, responding to guest service requests, and completing basic repairs that help keep the property safe, functional, and guest-ready.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as an Engineering Technician I: Complete preventive maintenance, work orders, guest calls, and engineering projects as assigned.

Perform basic repairs including painting, caulking, drywall, and wall repairs.

Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, and drain clogs.

Perform basic electrical tasks such as resetting breakers and GFCIs, replacing light bulbs, and testing voltage.

Install, replace, and troubleshoot TVs, remote controls, appliances, and other in-room equipment.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other maintenance equipment.

Utilize HotSOS and other maintenance systems to complete work orders and document repairs.

Maintain a safe, clean work environment while identifying and reporting potential hazards.

Communicate professionally with guests and team members to resolve maintenance concerns.

Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations.
