Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Mid - Senior level Enterprise Applications Analyst to report to the Manufacturing and Logistics 1ERP SAP organization. The right candidate will have a background in Manufacturing Execution Systems and experience with various manufacturing practices including complex assembly, discrete, and high-volume manufacturing. This candidate will be involved in the planning, configuration, development, and deployment of systems required to meet the objectives of the system and the customers it serves. This role is not location specific and can be supported virtually. Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited:
  • The candidate will deploy and maintain a suite of SAP applications used by Manufacturing entities across the NGC Enterprise
  • Must be a self-starter and accountable to project milestones and leadership
  • Work closely with the Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) SAP module team to define, refine, integrate, and deliver MES/MOM capabilities to the Enterprise
  • Work with business partners to define technical strategy for migration and deployment
  • Generate interfaces for and configure data exchange between MES (PEO knowledge is a plus) and machine controls leveraging MII
  • Leverage IIOT to connect machines and processes to monitor, collect, exchange, and analyze real-time sensor data to deliver meaningful insights through data analytics
  • Support our recurring/existing customer base and new project/program initiatives related to SAP PP
  • Troubleshoot SW and environment issues
  • Application administration and end-user support of system and software applications
  • Requirements definition and planning
Basic Qualifications for a level 3:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM related discipline Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a high operating development team Familiarity with manufacturing shop floor machines and their integration, leveraging MII, to a manufacturing execution system (MES) Experience with advanced shop floor integration processes that orchestrate events and process steps Familiar with SAP ABAP programming language or scripting to help automate tasks
Basic Qualifications for a level 4:
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree OR 7 years of relevant experience with a Master's Degree
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree in STEM related discipline Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a high operating development team Familiarity with manufacturing shop floor machines and their integration, leveraging MII, to a manufacturing execution system (MES) Experience with advanced shop floor integration processes that orchestrate events and process steps Familiar with SAP ABAP programming language or scripting to help automate tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with setup and configuration of SAP MII and/or RabbitMQ
  • Exposure to configuration and processing of SAP's Production Engineering and Operations (PEO) application
  • Ability to identify the top architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company for future roadmap development to a cloud platform

Salary Range: $83,800 USD - $155,900 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
