ERP Application Support Analyst

Description ERP Application Support Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for the ERP system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.

Collaborate with end-users to identify and document system requirements, enhancements, and process improvements.

Configure, maintain, and update ERP modules to align with business needs.

Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Perform system testing, upgrades, and patch installations.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for ERP users.

Monitor system performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Assist in data migration, report generation, and ad hoc analysis as required.

Requirements

ERP Application Support Analyst Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience supporting and managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

Strong understanding of ERP modules, such as finance, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues.

Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI) is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
