Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Miami, Florida. As an integral part of our team, your role will primarily involve providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives and senior management in a detail-oriented environment.Responsibilities: Delivering top-tier administrative support to executives, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments. Acting as a point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders. Handling travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Preparing, editing, and reviewing various documents such as correspondence, reports, and presentations. Managing and prioritizing incoming communications, including calls, emails, and requests. Maintaining and organizing executive files and records with a high level of accuracy. Assisting in the planning and coordination of company events and meetings. Conducting research and gathering data to support executive decision-making. Handling administrative tasks such as expense reports and budget tracking. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and detail orientation at all times. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Bilingual Spanish
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and email.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and colleagues.
