Lead the design, development, and activation of a KDN people strategy to meet target KDN business outcomes and growth ambitions; this will include the creation of a multi-year plan and business case with measurable outcomes and stage gates to measure success and adapt as business needs evolve

Successfully build and cultivate the talent needed to mature the KDN People and Culture team that supports all aspects of the HR function including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, engagement, wellbeing, total rewards, as well as key people initiatives and programs, and service delivery for our KDN workforce globally

Ensure the recruiting engine for KDN is in place to support the rapid scaling of the business as well as the ability to hire niche skills for new solutions and ensure demonstrable improvements in time to hire; proactively work with Heads of Function to understand future pipeline of services and demand and ensure recruitment function is set up to deliver business requirements

Build out career architecture framework across functions and ensure key functional training is in place; identify key people metrics and dashboards to support the business in managing talent and influencing key workforce strategies and decisions; help to shape out KDN talent management framework and leadership development programs

Optimize the quality and efficiency of key people processes, technology and operations to provide a better people experience while minimizing risk; ensure all people processes, technology and operations are designed and managed in compliance with System of Quality Management (SoQM) standards

Partner with Office of General Counsel (OGC) in ensuring compliance and adherence to all appropriate jurisdictional employment laws and regulations; act as a role model who champions a high performance and inclusive culture, live our KPMG values, and comply with the requirements of the Code of Conduct, while safeguarding adherence to firmwide and local HR policies and controls particularly KQCE; support the development of KDN People policies in conjunction with KDN executive team

Qualifications:

Minimum fifteen years of recent, significant experience as a seasoned HR Practitioner with a proven track record in global organizations with operational hubs and/or Professional Services

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience in a relevant field such as human resources, business administration, or organizational psychology; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Solid experience providing strategic people consultation to senior business leaders driving optimal business outcomes and minimizing risk

Solid performance in transforming an HR function by deploying technology, redesigning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness and efficient deployment of resources

Experience of designing and deploying initiatives to create an enhanced employee experience including HR digital experiences, engagement initiatives, learning and development, career mobility and wellbeing

Material experience in managing change, showing an ability to deploy an agreed method and approach but capable of demonstrating agility to maintain momentum
