Experienced Concrete Worker in Gainesville, FL

We are a Gainesville-based commercial concrete and masonry company serving Alachua County and surrounding areas. We specialize in structural and architectural concrete work for commercial projects and are known for our quality, reliability, and performance in the field.

Position Summary:

We are hiring experienced concrete workers with strong skills in form carpentry and concrete finishing. Candidates should be able to build forms, tie rebar, place and finish concrete, and work efficiently as part of a crew. This is a full-time, W2 position with steady year-round work.

Responsibilities:

- Build and strip concrete forms for footings, slabs, and walls

- Follow layout and install rebar, anchor bolts, and embeds

- Place and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and structural elements

- Use hand tools and finishing equipment to achieve proper finish (broom, smooth, etc.)

- Maintain a clean and safe job site

- Take direction from foremen and superintendents

- Show up on time and work well as part of a team

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in commercial concrete work

- Skilled in form building, rebar installation, and finishing

- Ability to read basic plans or follow layout marks

- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- OSHA 10 preferred; OSHA 30 is a plus

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
