Experienced General Contractors /Handyperson

Qualifications:

Experienced General Contractors/ Handyman with experience with the following:

Drywall

HVAC

repair

painting

flooring

lighting/electrical fixture repair and replacement

lighting/plumbing fixture repair and replacement

Site clean

General Requirements:

- MUST have own transportation

- MUST have insurance

- MUST have your own equipment and tools

- You are reliable and hardworking

- Ability to work with little supervision.

- Good communication skills.

-$20 to $25 per hour depending on level of skill and experience.
