SHIFT LEADER: ($22.50+/hr, plus free pizza)

$20.50/hr plus an additional $2.00/hr summer bonus brings your pay to $22.50/hr.

Merlins Pizza is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, quality-driven Shift Leaders to to help us run our fast-paced restaurant. Pizza experience is a plus, but any restaurant management experience will be considered. Job duties include assisting in maintaining food cost controls, labor cost controls, service and cleanliness standards, and most importantly, must be thoroughly customer service driven.

We’ve always given hourly bonuses during busy seasons like Spring Break and Summer. For Summer (May 20- August 11th) it will be $2.00/hr. On our busiest days, we also share a portion of the profits with our team as a reward for their hard work. On top of these programs, Shift Leaders also have a performance based program that pays out additional bonuses on a monthly basis.
