Sub Contractor Job Requirements:

 5+ years residential painting experience

 Must have a reliable vehicle

 Provides own tools including brushes, rollers, surface prep tools, ladders, staging, sprayers, power washers, etc

 History of excellent customer service and good communications

 Evidence of self-motivation to complete assigned jobs on time and within budget

 High quality results and with strict attention to details and problem solving

 Must be Insured professionals
