Job Title: Facilities Technician 2Job DescriptionSummary: The main function of a Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance support for the assigned buildings. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems. Maintain general and preventative maintenance carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
