Family Estate Handyman/Groundskeeper

We're looking for someone with previous experience (Must have experience) in gardening and landscaping, this is non-negotiable, must have experience working outside in hot Florida sun. This job is self-paced so you'll need to enjoy working alone mostly, have good common sense and be self-motivated to ensure you stay on track. It's a family estate and you'll be working for 4 families, outdoors in hot summer months and cold winter months. It's a permanent position and we're in search of someone seeking a long term, permanent job. Must be strong and able to lift heavy items.

Duties include: Paddock fence repair, mower operation as well as power tools, painting, pressure washing, planting and weeding, landscaping, irrigation, cleaning garages and outdoor porches. Holiday decorating and running errands for plants and supplies. Assisting my wife with gardening chores. Efficiently maintaining acreage.

You'll need a good(ish) driving record (trailering experience a MUST) and be willing to submit to a background check (note: we will not necessarily disqualify you if you have some bruises in your past). You must be comfortable around dogs.

Job will be Monday-Thursday and no changes in this schedule. 30-35 hours per week.
