This person will be expected to lead by example and uplift our colleagues during busy moments.Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to effectively train and develop a team of skilled colleagues to service the facility's beverage outlets
Assist with menu planning and offer support to servers and bartenders during peak periods
Maintain a working knowledge of local laws and company policies as it pertains to facility food & beverage service, and ensure team members are properly trained in responsible alcohol service
Work with team leaders to creatively enhance the participant experience within beverage outlets through collaboration with facility leaders and outside vendors
Work closely with Event Planning team to ensure effective scheduling of beverage team members to ensure a seamless F&B experience by all participants
Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures
Monitor and control budgets with a focus on facility beverage cost and inventory control
