Field Agent - Florida Property Shop

Florida Property Shop is looking for a reliable person to go to our property listings to take photos, report damage, and fill out basic inspection field notes in the Pensacola area. You do not need a real estate license or inspector license for this field agent position. Please see description below for details about the tasks and how to apply.

All tasks require less than 24 hour turnaround time (typically 18 hours) except for weekly inspections.

Here is an overview of the base rates:

Initial Task (field notes and interior/exterior photos): $50

Ready to List (updated Photos): $25

Ready to Close (updated Photos): $25

Weekly Inspections (requires photos): $25

Damage visit (requires photos): $25

Here is a basic breakdown of the Field work assignments needed to be fulfilled for the life of any given HUD listing. Please note, these properties will always be vacant & utilities off (except the PU Lockbox task). It is necessary that tasks are completed during daylight hours only:

Tasks include:

1. Initial property inspection with field notes and photos. Will need a full set of date & non-date stamped photos. Place a lockbox on the door with the correct access key, place a sign in sheet on the countertop. (Pays $50)

2. Ready to List. Take new damage photos only. Meaning, you will be taking photos of existing damage you originally noted, as well as any new damages found. (Pays $25)

3. Ready to close task. Final walk through of a property before closing. Take an updated, date-stamped set of photos that represent the condition of the property as well as existing damage you originally noted and any new damages found. (Pays $25)

4. Property damage task (if applicable). From time to time we will get a report of new damage, lockbox not working, keys missing, etc. We will need to go out and document the occurrence and remedy the issue if possible (photos required). (pays $25)

5. Routine Inspections (monthly) - Visit the property once a month and take updated photos ONLY of previously noted damage on the initial report and any new damages there may be. ($25)

All photos and files must be labeled and will be uploaded to a shared Dropbox folder upon completion. We pay weekly on completed tasks, every Friday. If our talks progress, I will send you over a copy of our Field Notes, Photo examples, and a detailed explanation of each task.

Meeting and exceeding deadlines with quality is the MOST IMPORTANT aspect of the operation.

Florida Property Shop will pay the base rate for all tasks within 50 miles of your home base location. Then pay you $0.655/mile for each mile over that, round trip.
